Position Title: E-Commerce Executive
Company: Fusion Teleservice
Location: Dwarka, Sector-6
Reports To: Chief Manager

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. Your role will encompass product listing, inventory management, shipping coordination, handling operational issues, managing promotions and ads, and ensuring smooth payment reconciliation. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth while maintaining compliance with marketplace policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Operations Management:

  • Manage product listings on marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search visibility.

  • Regularly update product information, pricing, images, and descriptions to enhance customer engagement.

  • Inventory and Order Fulfillment:

  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.

  • Issue Resolution:

  • Handle marketplace-related issues such as account or listing blockages, negative ratings, shipping delays, and customer complaints.

  • Liaise with marketplace support teams to resolve operational challenges promptly.

  • Promotions and Ad Management:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns such as flash sales, discounts, and bundle offers to boost sales.

  • Manage ad campaigns on marketplaces like Amazon Sponsored Ads or Flipkart Ads to maximize visibility and ROI.

  • Vendor Management:

  • Select, onboard, and manage relationships with vendors supplying products for online marketplaces.
