Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize our D2C brand's presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.

2. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

3. Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.

4. Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies, guidelines, and regulations.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to achieve business objectives.

6. Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and complaints on e-commerce platforms.

7. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand product offerings, improve customer experience, and increase brand visibility.
