Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

Counsel students about NIFM courses and career opportunities. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Guide students through the admission process and documentation. Represent NIFM at events, workshops, and career fairs. Generate business to increase revenue through effective counseling and promotions. Maintain records, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of financial markets (preferred). Target-driven with excellent organizational skills.
