Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Admission/Senior Admission Counsellor at Aster Health Academy in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by selling our medical courses to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have a proven inside sales track record, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. This is a great opportunity to impact healthcare education. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
What we want
Achieving sales Targets.
Excellent Communication skills. (Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory).
A positive approach to objection handling is essential and good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ed-tech sales experience will be an extra advantage. Not applicable for freshers.
Ready to work in high growth start-up environment and above all, a committed attitude towards the completion of daily inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets.
Qualification
Graduate/Post-Graduate and excellent communication skills. Freshers and experienced both are welcome.
Location
Hyderabad Offices.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote and sell our medical courses.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails.
Identify potential new customers and opportunities for business growth.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competition.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company targets.
KRA
100-150 phone calls to prospect/day
Weekly/monthly targets to be met.

Providing post sale support.
•
Rapport/Brand building with HCPs.
•
Maintain sales pipeline/ effective CRM management.
•
Maintain call Quality score above 95%.
•
No CTQs to be violated.
