Education Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Education Counselor to guide students in making

informed educational and career decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping

students achieve their academic and career goals by providing personalized advice, support, and

guidance.

POSITION TITLE: Education Counsellor

LOCATION: Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

REPORTING: TO Branch manager

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE: Couselling

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Counsel students regarding courses

 Convert enquiry into admissions

 To handle sales team

 Co- ordinate with students and trainers.

 Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and follow-ups.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 Empathy and patience in dealing with students and parents.

 Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.

 Knowledge of IT courses

Qualification: Any Graduation

Previous Experience: Minimum 6 mon Experience
