Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Advising Students:

Provide guidance to students on academic programs, course selection, and career planning.
Assist students in identifying their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
Individual and Group Counseling:

Conduct individual counseling sessions to address academic, social, and emotional challenges.

Program Development:

Stay updated on educational trends, scholarship opportunities, and career resources.
Collaboration:

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and program outcomes.
Prepare reports on counseling activities and student achievements.
Crisis Intervention:

Provide support during crises and refer students to appropriate mental health services when necessary.
