We are seeking a Field Collection Executive to visit customer locations and collect overdue payments, build customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments.

• Negotiate repayment plans with customers.

• Maintain accurate records of collections and interactions.

• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

• Provide regular collection status reports.

Requirements:

• Highest qualification required 12th Pass

• Previous experience in collections is mandatory at least 6 months required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license
