Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential customers through various channels (telecalling, referrals, networking, etc.).
Generate leads and set appointments for meetings with prospective clients.
Qualify leads to assess their potential to convert into customers.
Sales Presentations:
Provide information about various insurance products to clients via phone calls and in-person meetings.
Understand customer needs and provide personalized insurance solutions.
Conduct presentations to demonstrate the benefits and features of insurance products.
Telecalling:
Contact potential customers to discuss insurance policies and services.
Answer queries about the company’s products, terms, and benefits.
Provide follow-up calls to existing leads or prospects to ensure continuous engagement.
Set up appointments for field agents, if required.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Resolve customer concerns and address queries regarding insurance policies and claims.
Provide support and updates on policy status, renewals, and claims.
Fieldwork (Sales Visits):
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to explain insurance offerings, and assist in policy purchases.
Visit clients’ locations for document collection, verification, and other related tasks.
Collect and process necessary documents for policy issuance and servicing.
Attend field sales events, seminars, and workshops to promote insurance products.
Skills & Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to explain complex insurance products clearly and persuasively over the phone and in-person.
Sales Aptitude: Ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet sales targets.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Knowledge of Insurance: Basic understanding of insurance products and the insurance industry (training may be provided).
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to customer challenges.
Fieldwork and Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet clients.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or fieldwork, particularly in the insurance sector.
Experience working in customer-facing roles or business development.
A minimum of a SSLC.

Location: Primarily fieldwork with telecalling responsibilities.
Schedule: Full-time, with potential for weekend work or extended hours based on business requirements.
Travel: Travel within the designated region for fieldwork meetings and client interactions.
