Roles and Responsibilities

• Employees are required to work in the field.

• Employees are expected to participate in stall activities, events, and product branding initiatives.

• Set up meetings with potential customers and convert them to closures.

• Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to your Superior.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling/ Visits on field, networking and other possible sources.
