Key Responsibilities:
Client Meetings: Meet corporate clients from departments such as Marketing and Purchase to pitch our chocolates for gifting and engagement programs.
Business Development: Build and expand our corporate customer base by identifying and targeting new clients in various industries such as BFSI, Pharma, Projects & Infrastructure, Media & Entertainment, and Interiors.
Employee Engagement: Network with HR professionals across corporates to promote and manage year-round employee gifting and engagement initiatives.
Partnerships: Develop relationships and tie-ups with resellers, including corporate gifting agents, to expand distribution channels.
Lead Generation: Participate in exhibitions and corporate events to generate leads and create awareness about our gifting solutions.
Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the gifting, food, or related industries.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the corporate gifting space, especially for industries like BFSI, Pharma, Media & Entertainment, and others.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on client relationship management and lead generation.
Networking: Excellent networking abilities and experience working with HR departments, marketing teams, and resellers.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
