Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with immigration-related inquiries and applications

• Provide basic information about visa options, documentation, and processes

• Guide clients through the application and submission procedures

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents

• Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs

• Uphold confidentiality and provide professional client service at all times

• Assist clients with VISA applications for the UK, Australia, Europe, New Zealand etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

• Language Skills: Basic understanding and speaking ability in English.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle clients based in UK, Australia, Europe, New Zealand etc.

• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing immigration policies.

• No prior experience required — interns and freshers are welcome!
