Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Key Responsibilities:
Calling prospective customers and answering calls from customers
Getting Contact Information of Senior Persons
Talking to senior IT managers / CFO / Directors
Educate the prospective customers to bring them to the table to discuss SAP S/4 HANA service by following a prepared script to give service and customer reference information.
Conducting primary research on the company by using tools like Probe 42, Lusha and other tele marketing tools.
Connecting with the qualified companies.
Forwarding qualified leads to sales team at AAKIT system logs.
Follow up calls for unanswered connections.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintaining weekly, monthly, and annual reports of data collected.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Should be ok with field sales
