.1. Customer Handling:
· Identifying the opportunities and sending the commercial proposal to the customers for new orders.
· Following-up with the existing customers for renewal orders.
· Having price negotiation with the customers and distributors.
2. Follow-up with Purchase Team:
· Forward the purchase order, pricing, OPS to the respective purchase team.
· Monitor the purchase team to follow-up with the distributors for delivery. Following-up with the purchase team for billing of invoices to customers.
· Coordinating with the support team for installation.
· After installation follow-up with the customers for payment.
3. Product Training:
· Attending product training at regular intervals.
· Learning new products and technologies.
· Completing monthly one product certification which is mandatory.
4. Meetings & Reporting to management:
· Maintaining customers daily calls report.
· Submission of weekly reports to the management.
· Attending daily meeting with the sales manager and two weeks once with the Director – Sales.
5. Other Responsibilities:
· Helping the team when they are in field work for any case locks and other general commercial follow-ups.
· Have to achieve the targets every quarter, in a year.
· Any other work as required by management from time to time.
