Objective:
To support the sales team in managing internal sales operations, documentation, and coordination between departments, while also ensuring consistent customer communication, follow-ups, and sales process tracking for higher lead conversion and order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inside Sales Support:
· Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and product proposals as per customer requirements.
· Coordinate with the technical/commercial teams for pricing, designs, and product clarifications.
· Follow up with customers on submitted proposals and resolve queries promptly.
· Maintain customer records, inquiries, and correspondence in CRM system (Zoho/Runo).
· Assist Key Account Manager in generating leads from existing customer base for repeat orders.
2. Sales Coordination:
· Coordinate between production, dispatch/logistics, accounts, and sales teams for order fulfillment.
· Track customer orders from confirmation to dispatch and payment realization.
· Ensure timely follow-up on pending documents like POs, approvals, and advances from clients.
· Schedule meetings with customers (online or in-person) for sales follow-ups.
· Update status reports for internal review meetings (order pipeline, dispatch schedule, payment follow-ups).
Preferred Skills:
· Good knowledge of sales processes and documentation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local languages.
· Hands-on experience with CRM software like Zoho, Runo, or Excel-based trackers.
· Ability to handle multi-department coordination and work under deadlines.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordination roles.
· Experience in B2B industrial/manufacturing environment preferred.
