Inside Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales efforts. Responsibilities include making calls, qualifying leads, working with channel partners, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities via cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.

• Understand customer needs and route qualified leads to the sales team.

• Close sales and meet quarterly quotas.

• Research accounts and identify key decision-makers.

• Expand and manage a prospect database.

• Collaborate with channel partners to close deals.

• Conduct online demos for potential clients.

Requirements:

• Proven inside sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.

• Strong phone presence with experience in high-volume calling.

• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
