Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients

• Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer support (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
