❖ Urgent Hiring for INSIDE SALES POSITIONS - Freight forwarding
- Senior Executive / Assistant Manager with (Min 2 years).
Location: - Mumbai (Andheri East).
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales role in Freight Forwarding.
• Strong understanding of Inside Sales, Incoterms, etc.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with Customers • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent post sales service
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Passionate about conversion of prospective leads
• Experience in Export & Import with sales • Negotiating skills
Key Responsibility:
• Conversion of enquiries generated by sales team and cold calling
• Dormant account activation
• Cold Calling and identifying potential customers
