Job Description

  • Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
  • Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, emails, and online research. Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Present and promote our products and services to potential clients, emphasizing the value propositions and benefits.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
Sales Follow-up: Effectively follow up with clients to ensure their inquiries are addressed promptly and their needs are met.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to management.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders and follow-through on sales commitments.
Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
