Inside Sales Executive

· Identify and prospect potential clients globally, leveraging various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.

· Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to understand customer needs and identify target markets for international SMS services.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, actively engaging with prospects and nurturing relationships throughout the sales cycle.

· Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative selling to understand clients' international communication challenges and propose suitable SMS solutions.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client satisfaction.

· Negotiate contract terms, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both parties.
