Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Process claims: Handle claims, resolve disputes, and collaborate with investigators to gather information
Evaluate policies: Analyze policies to determine risk level and eligibility
Assist with policy development: Help develop new products and policies
Handle renewals and cancellations: Manage policy renewals and cancellations
Coordinate with agents and brokers: Work with agents and brokers to ensure policyholders receive support
Research industry trends: Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive intelligence
Prepare reports: Analyze data and prepare reports on claims, policies, and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
