Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, agents, and existing customers.
Drive life insurance sales through direct and indirect channels.
Conduct customer need analysis and offer suitable life insurance products.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent business growth.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, company policies, and compliance standards.
Conduct training and development for agents to build a robust and efficient sales force.
