Insurance Sales

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in sales with a passion for achieving targets and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

• 0-3 years of experience in sales (freshers are welcome).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
