Key ResponsibiliƟes:
1. Doctor Onboarding:
o Make outbound calls to doctors to introduce them to the Healthmug plaƞorm.
o Explain the features and benefits of the plaƞorm and guide doctors through the
registraƟon process.
o Ensure successful onboarding by addressing any queries or concerns the doctors may
have.
2. Sales and RelaƟonship Management:
o Build and maintain posiƟve relaƟonships with doctors.
o Promote relevant products and services to doctors to encourage sales.
o Regularly follow up with onboarded doctors to ensure engagement with the
plaƞorm.
o Meet sales targets by acƟvely pitching products and services.
3. Customer Support:
o Provide ongoing support to doctors using the plaƞorm.
o Address any technical or service-related queries they might have, ensuring high
saƟsfacƟon.
4. ReporƟng and Feedback:
o Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and sales acƟviƟes.
o Provide regular updates to the management team on performance, doctor
engagement, and feedback received.
