••Job Overview:••
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Australian BPO operations. The role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

••Key Responsibilities:••
- Handle customer queries and complaints through inbound and outbound voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Meet performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to deliver effective solutions.
- Accurately document interactions and update relevant systems as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and customer service guidelines.

••Key Requirements:••
- ••English Versant Test Level 3 and 4 certification•• is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Previous experience in a voice process role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work in Australian shift timings.
