Shift timings: US/Night Shift - Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 5 PM to 9 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from potential customers, addressing inquiries about moving services, pricing, and scheduling

• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions

• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, provide quotes, and convert inquiries into bookings

• Stay up-to-date with company policies, pricing structures, and industry trends

Job Requirements:

Candidates with 1-5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development are ideal for the position. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
