Key Responsibilities:
Development of New clients through soft media, social media, telephone, etc. (Business
Development)
Expanding relationships with existing clients and bringing in new clients.
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
To ensure growth of company’s revenue by ensuring key accounts are satisfied with the
quality of service provided.
To develop and sustain positive relationship with potential clients to bring most income
to the organization.
Addressing and resolving key client’s complaints and issues.
Acting as a main point of contact between key clients and the organization’s internal
teams.
Communicating with various departments such as Execution, Finance, Logistics,
Manufacturing plant and Management to ensure that key client needs are met.
Ensuring smooth flow of information and activities by co-ordination with inter-
departments from time-to-time.
To develop a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements for
preparation of customized solutions.
Compiling various reports such as material stock reports, pending orders reports,
production planning reports, order forecast reports etc. for better understanding of
business inflow and growth and in order to be able to make business forecast for future.
Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and monthly initiatives to
share with team members and management.
