We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic International Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with international clients, generating leads, pitching services, and building strong business relationships.
Make outbound calls to international prospects and clients.
Understand customer requirements and promote company services effectively.
Generate and qualify leads from international markets (e.g. Europe, UAE, USA).
Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client data in CRM.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to calls and conversions.
Provide excellent customer service and support during and after the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals.
Excellent verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proven experience in international telecalling, B2B sales, or lead generation.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Flexible to work in different time zones (if required).
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
