Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative – IT Solutions to join our growing sales team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing sales for a wide range of IT products and services—including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and infrastructure offerings. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-ups.

  • Qualify leads and understand customer requirements related to IT infrastructure, cloud services, software licensing, and networking.

  • Present IT solutions clearly and confidently to key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver customized product demonstrations and solution overviews.

  • Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Maintain accurate records and activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

  • Coordinate internally across departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sale support.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • IT Infrastructure: Hardware, Networking, Software Licensing
