Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, prospecting, and converting qualified leads for our B2B enterprise software solutions, specifically in the domains of ESG, EHS, and CSR. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify potential customers and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and email outreach.
Sales Communication: Engage with prospects and customers via phone and email, presenting product/service information and addressing inquiries.
Sales Process Management: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including following up on leads and managing customer relationships. Customer Relationship Management
(CRM): Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Sales Target Achievement: Contribute to achieving sales targets and quotas by effectively managing leads and closing deals. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
