Designation: Key Account Executive-Sales
Total Experience: Minimum 4 years
Salary Bracket: 40k to 65k/ Month

• Job description
• Handle Corporate client’s volumes and daily operations independently
• Partner with the sales and pricing team to generate the RFQ for all enquiry and follow up on all offers quoted
• Maintaining customer relations to meet performance and service targets
• Start, grow and cultivate, profitable and long-term strong client relationships
• Overall responsibility of customer retention and contract renewals of customers handled by the team.
• Preparation of MIS, SOP and Quotations.
• Communication with overseas agents as we'll as local agents for procuring rates
• Quotation, monthly RFQs, arrange booking from shipping lines & shipment planning
• Coordinating with overseas agents, local carriers, vendors (CFS/CHA), shipping line
• Interdepartmental coordination with Pricing, Documentation & Accounts desk for billing & payment release to vendors
• Monitoring OPS/CS team for sending DSR & sending pre-alerts to customers with shipment updates
• Monitoring Import Manifestation & timely DO & BL release
• Manage the end-to-end shipments for a customer from quotation to final delivery.
• Maintain Daily Status Report for customers
• Job Closing & Handover to Accounts
IT & Language Proficiency
• MS office (Word & Excel)
• Language Proficiency English, Marathi and Hindi
Skills:
• Knowledge of Sea Exports / Imports Candidates from a Shipping, Logistics & Freight Forwarding Background Only.
• Minimum Graduate
• Team Player
• Strong Ocean Air freight operational knowledge to meet KPI
• Ability to work unsupervised and alone, and ability to adapt of immediate change.
• Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding with proven track record in industry.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skill to effectively interact with the customer.
• Pro activeness and resolution management
