Key Account Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
• Handling assigned OHC/Medical Room Operations according to SOP/SOW.
• OHC Staffing & Daily Operations Management
• Client Liaison & Relationship Management
• Continuity program Management.
• Clinical protocol Management.
• Resolving key client issues and complaints
• Develop solid trust, relationship with Staff & major key clients and company
• Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
• Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
• Visiting OHC’s/Audits according to SOP/SOW.
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
• Ensuring timely submission of Compliance, Renewals of existing contract/PO.
• Financial & Invoicing Management
• Staff Training & Development

• Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and emphasis on superior Excel skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage more clients/accounts at a time
• Proven results of delivering client solutions/expectations and meeting sales goal.
