Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating new business leads through various online and offline channels. They will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of potential clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and industry sources.

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.

  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and track interactions

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, social media, and paid ads.

  • Analyze lead generation metrics and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates.

  • Nurture relationships with potential clients through continuous engagement and communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and B2B sales strategies.
