About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist/Manager to join our growing marketing/sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads to fuel our sales pipeline and contribute to our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification & Qualification:

    • Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.

    • Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine their potential for conversion.  

    • Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads.

  • Outreach & Engagement:

    • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.

    • Craft compelling email and messaging campaigns to engage potential leads.

    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Content & Strategy:

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation campaigns.

    • Utilize content marketing, SEO, and social media strategies to drive lead generation.

    • Analyze lead generation data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • CRM Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in our CRM system.

    • Generate reports on lead generation performance.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective lead handoff.

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
