Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Telecaller Executives to join our dynamic health insurance team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers over the phone and generate quality leads for health insurance policies. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.

• Understand customer needs and explain suitable health insurance plans.

• Generate interest and fix appointments for detailed discussions with senior advisors.

• Maintain records of calls and leads generated in CRM or Excel formats.

• Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
