As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our home loan products. Sales and Business Development:
Identify and prospect potential customers for home loans.
Actively approach individuals, families, and businesses to explain home loan offerings and benefits.
Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders to generate leads.
Customer Interaction:
Meet with potential clients face-to-face to understand their home loan requirements.
Assist customers in selecting the right home loan products based on their financial needs.
Provide guidance on loan application procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and interest rates.
Documentation and Application Process:
Assist clients in completing loan application forms and gathering the necessary documents.
Follow up with customers to ensure that they have submitted all required paperwork.
Market Research:
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Customer Support:
Provide ongoing support and communication to customers during the loan approval process.
Ensure timely and accurate communication to customers regarding loan status and approvals.
Educational Qualification:
A graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, BBA, etc.)
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to interact with customers and build relationships.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of the home loan industry is a plus.
