Job Summary:

Shanvika Agencies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Loan Officer to assist individuals and businesses in securing loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, guiding clients through the loan process, and collaborating with financial institutions to provide the best financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assess client financial status and loan eligibility.
✅ Guide clients through personal, business, home, vehicle, and MSME loan applications.
✅ Work with banks and financial institutions to secure optimal loan solutions.
✅ Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment plans to clients.
✅ Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with loan regulations.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial institutions.
✅ Follow up on loan approvals, disbursements, and repayments.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
✔ Strong knowledge of loan products, credit analysis, and banking regulations.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
✔ Ability to work with financial software and loan management tools.
