Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Address customer inquiries and objections professionally.

• Work closely with the sales team and managers to improve sales strategies.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
