Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences regarding properties.
Provide detailed information about real estate projects, including locations, pricing, unique features, and benefits of the properties.
Assess clients' needs and offer expert advice to help them secure the best property deal under optimal terms.
Transforming prospects into buyers by presenting suitable primary residential properties that align with their investment needs.
Provide excellent customer service, answering client inquiries and working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to sales processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Cultivate trust, communicate effectively, drive results, encourage innovation, prioritize customer needs, collaborate with team members, creatively solve problems, and uphold high integrity.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience as a telesales or telecalling executive in the real estate, insurance, or related sectors.
Outstanding communication and convincing skills.
Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.
