Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development:o Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key B2B clients.o Deliver presentations and prospective clients anddecision-makers.o Meet sales targets and quotas as outlined by the company.2. Market Research & Client Targeting Identify new business opportunities and market segments within WesternIndia.o Develop a strategic sales plan for the region, including lead generation,prospecting, and customer retention strategies.3. Product Knowledge & Consultation:o Provide customers with customized solutions, including project estimation,product selection, and technical support.4. Account Management:o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeatbusiness and referrals.o Regularly visit clients and provide post-sales support to ensure customersatisfaction.o Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.5. Coordination & Reporting:o Collaborate with the internal teams, including technical, service, and supplychain, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and marketinsights using CRM tools.o Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for the managementteam.
