We are seeking five dynamic Pre-Sales Executives to join our team and spearhead client acquisition efforts for our IT services portfolio, including website development, mobile app solutions, and digital marketing (SEO, SMO, content writing). These roles demand a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and proficiency in modern lead-generation channels such as email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base while working in a rotational shift model to align with global markets.
Key Responsibilities
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and facilitating seamless handovers to the sales team. This includes conducting market research to uncover new opportunities in the IT sector, particularly targeting businesses requiring web, app, or digital marketing services. A critical aspect of the role involves crafting personalized outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to develop tailored proposals and presentations that highlight our expertise in custom software solutions, e-commerce platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies. The executive will also manage pre-sales documentation, including responses to RFPs and RFIs, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot[1][2]. Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must possess 2–3 years of proven experience in IT sales or pre-sales, specifically in domains such as website development, mobile applications, or digital marketing. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or business administration is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Proficiency in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue), and CRM software is mandatory[5][2]. Strong analytical skills are required to assess client requirements and translate them into viable solutions, coupled with exceptional communication abilities to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders[6][7].
