Key Responsibilities:
Connect with inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and messages.
Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits to prospective customers.
Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and lead status.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telesales.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
