Position: Pre Sales Executive :
Lead Engagement:
Proactively connect with leads and potential customers via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements, concerns, and expectations to identify potential clinic visits

Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.


Customer Queries:
Address and resolve customer concerns, offering appropriate solutions or escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings to provide accurate information.

Target Achievement:
Strategize and execute plans to meet daily and monthly targets for converting leads into clinic visits.
Monitor and optimize conversion rates to maximize outcomes.

Reporting and Analytics:
Maintain daily records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on engagement activities and target achievements to the management.

Conduct Targeted Clinic Visits:
Schedule and carry out on-site clinic visits for potential customers to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
