Job Summary:
We are looking for three experienced Product Managers with at least 3 years of experience in
medical equipment to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for
managing the product life cycle, driving sales and business development, and working closely
with internal teams and healthcare professionals to ensure the success of our medical equipment
portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management & Business Development:
Develop and implement product strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging
trends.
Work with sales teams to provide product training, marketing support, and technical expertise.
Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launch and
availability.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the product reach.
Sales & Marketing Support:
Develop marketing materials, sales presentations, and training programs for the sales team.
Support sales teams with product positioning and customer engagement strategies.
Organize and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to promote
products.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Technical & Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated with medical industry regulations, compliance requirements, and advancements in
medical equipment technology.
Work with regulatory teams to ensure product approvals and certifications are obtained.
Provide technical support to clients and resolve product-related issues in coordination with
internal teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical equipment product management.
Strong understanding of medical equipment sales, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic business plans.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cardiac medical devices, surgical instruments, or diagnostic equipment.
Prior experience working with hospitals, distributors, or healthcare providers.
Familiarity with medical product certifications and regulatory processes.
