Key Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective and existing clients in person to discuss our services and solutions.
Present the company’s offerings in a compelling and clear manner to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Collect advance payments from clients as part of the service agreement.
Ensure clear communication with clients regarding payment terms, services rendered, and any related details.
Follow up with clients after the meeting to maintain a positive relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all meetings, payments, and client interactions.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the smooth delivery of services to the client.
Requirements:
Proven experience in client-facing roles or sales positions (preferred, but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive financial discussions.
Comfortable with travel and meeting clients in various locations.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business, sales, or related fields is a plus.
