Job title: In Shop Promoter.

• Job purpose: Sales Marketing (Kent Water Purifiers, Water Softeners, Kent Smart Chef Appliances).
•
• Job duties and responsibilities:-
• Product knowledge: Provide information about the product, including its purpose and use.
• Customer service: Help customers find the right product, answer questions, and build relationships.
• Promotion: Set up displays, hand out promotional materials, and demonstrate products.
• Communication: Engage customers in conversation, listen to their concerns, and convey the product's value.
• Organization: Manage multiple tasks and priorities, and submit sales reports.
• Creativity: Think creatively to come up with new marketing ideas.
• Presentation: Use interactive materials to present products.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.
 • Salary 20k to up to 27k


Preferred Experience:-
• Minimum experience of 6 Months in Retail sale.
• Proven experience as a Sales Promoter or similar role in the water purifier/equipment industry.
• Maximum age limit 40 Years.
• Demonstrable ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
