Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations for potential clients.

• Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a strong knowledge of available properties, pricing trends, and competitive market conditions.

• Assist clients with legal formalities, documentation, and property registration processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.

• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
