• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including property developers, investors, and potential buyers.

• Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and represent the company.
