Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

•Basic knowledge of house construction processes and practices.•
- •Proven sales experience of 3+ years, preferably in real estate or related industries.•
- •Strong client persuasion and sales closure skills.•
- •Fluency in English and Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory.•
- •Willingness and capability to travel frequently for client meetings, project discussions, and site
visits.•
- Ensure consistent follow-ups on leads provided by the company to nurture potential clients and
drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and leads in the database.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
- Manage the entire sales process, including consultations, negotiations, and closing deals
