Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property transactions, and closing sales deals. The role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to help clients find their ideal properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.

  • Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring a smooth transaction process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers.

  • Stay updated with real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Work closely with legal, mortgage, and property management teams to facilitate transactions.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable property solutions.

  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in commercial real estate sales.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
