Job Description

Shevi Group, a leading real estate company, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

    • Develop and maintain a strong client base by reaching out to potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

  • Client Engagement:

    • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and guide them in selecting suitable properties.

    • Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and real estate investment opportunities.

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

  • Sales Presentations:

    • Conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing features, benefits, and value propositions.

    • Address client concerns and negotiate deals to close sales effectively.

  • Market Research:

    • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and the latest property listings.

    • Gather and analyze market data to provide clients with accurate information on property values, investment potential, and growth areas.

  • Sales Transactions:

    • Assist clients with all aspects of the buying and selling process, including documentation, contracts, and negotiations.

    • Collaborate with legal, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.

    • Meet sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the company’s growth.

  • Customer Service:

    • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire sales process and after-sales service.

    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate markets, property laws, and investment principles.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to engage clients and present information clearly.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiating skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

  • Customer Service: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and real estate platforms.

  • License: Real estate license (if required by local law).
